Find my key

Your key comes back the way it first arrived: as a file and as text.

Type the email you bought with and we send your key again. It comes from licenses@alongside.dev with Snug Email as the sender name, and it carries the key twice: attached as a file named Snug Email.snuglicense, and printed as text in the body. The app's key screen takes either. Drop the file onto it, or paste the text.

Give it a few minutes, and look in spam if it has not turned up. We send the key at most once a day to an address, so a second click here sends nothing more. If it is still missing, write to hello@snug.email from the address you bought with and we will sort it out.
